Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.547 of 2024, under Sections 376D, 354, 328, 506 I.P.C. and Section 5g/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Jitendra has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 20.1.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
