Heard Sri Ajeet Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Javed Alam, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 251 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 304B I.P.C. and Section 3/5 of the D.P. Act, Police Station Ghoorpur, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the mother-in-law of the deceased person and she has nothing to do with the said offence. The deceased and her husband used to live separately and used to cook their food in separate kitchen which stands fortified from the statement of PW-1 examined in court during trial.
