In compliance of order of this Court dated 11.3.2025, Dr. Priti Singh, Medical Officer I/c NPHC, Alakh, Mau is present before this Court and she has stated that in the medical examination report of the victim, she could not give a particular finding regarding the injury on the body of the victim but the same has been given in supplementary report of the victim. On being queried by this Court, she has stated that she had examined the victim once only, and she has opined in her supplementary statement that there was redness present, as such, there was penetrative injury sustained by the victim. 5.
