Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 147 of 2024, under Sections 376, 406, 328, 304 I.P.C., Police Station Rehra, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had impregnated her and subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. The applicant is stated to have administered some poisonous material to her and left her in lurch at District Hospital thereby leading her to death on 23.04.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
