As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that the named accused person Bantu had taken her to the market and committed rape with her on 17.08.2024. He is stated to have even taken away her ornaments alongwith her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no time of offence mentioned in the FIR.
