Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0270 of 2024, under Sections 87 and 64 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sidhpura, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S.S. She is major aged about 22 years.
