The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Khushboo Nisha, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 824 of 2024, under Sections 137(2) B.N.S., Police Station Jhagaha, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Arvind Shukla, has been granted bail by this Court on 5.2.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44048 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
