Learned A.G.A. informs that notice has been served upon the informant but no one appears on his behalf. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication.The offence alleged are of minor nature.There is dispute regarding money between the parties.The applicant is in jail since 13.8.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
