Act, Police Station- Sector-58 of Noida, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, pendency of trial. There is allegation of recovery of seven quintal sixty one kg. Ganja from the possession of applicant and other co- accused. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that 16 bags of Ganja were recovered but only 100 grams sample was taken after taking out small quantity from all the bags..
