Learned AGA has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 23.11.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 1398 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(3) of the BNS, 3/4 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have befriended the victim on Facebook and called her in a hotel near Jhansi and had raped her about 3-4 times in the night of 13/14.8.2024. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 2 days and there is no explanation of the sai
