The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Shahzad with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 150 of 2013, under Section 8/21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Nakud, District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was granted bail in the aforesaid case in the year 2018 and thereafter he regularly attend the Court. He next submits that in order to earn his livelihood the applicant had gone to Dehradun and as a result thereof he could not appear before the trial court on few dates. The learned trial Judge after rejecting the recall application moved before him on behalf of the applicant by his counsel cancelled his bail
