The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Manoj Kumar Agrawal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 78 of 2018, under Sections 379, 427 IPC, Sections 15(2), 15(4), 16 of the Pretroleum and Minerals Pipelines Amendment Act, 2011, Sections 3, 4 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 and Section 3, 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Police Station Kalyanpur, District- Fatehpur, during pendency of trial. As per the first information report, the offences alleged were committed by unknown accused.
