The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Smt. Mansi with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 272 of 2024, under Section 3 (1) Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Amroha Nagar, District Amroha, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, one criminal case has been shown against the applicant, in which applicant has been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 16.12.2024, passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 43165 of 2024
