In the prosecution's case, it is alleged that while the injured were coming to Sisona and reached at Jan Tathi near a wine shop, they found two persons standing there. When questioned about their presence, the two individuals started a quarrel and tore the victims' clothing. In the meantime, one of them, Vikas, left the scene. Vikas allegedly returned with other accused persons Kiranpal, Vijendra, Arjun, and Pramod along with a tractor. The accused then allegedly attempted to run over both constables with the tractor to kill them. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated.
