Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the father-in-law of the deceased person and he has nothing to do with the said offence. The dying declaration of the deceased person was recorded as per the provision of Section 29 Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 and she had not whispered a single word against the applicant rather it is the applicant who had sprinkled diesel on her and set her afire. 5.
