The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Aditya @ Vikram, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 450 of 2024, under Sections 39(3), 49(B), 51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, Police Station C.B. Ganj, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in possession of 3.568 Kgs. Hanthi ke Dant and recovery of Rs.200/- in cash. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of false recovery. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 18.9.2024. Co-accused have been granted bail. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. Per contra learned A.G.A
