Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2024, U/S 354Kha, 504, 506, 376, 452 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Dhanari, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the minor daughter of the informant aged about 15 years on 19.12.2023 at about 3.30 pm, when she had gone to graze her animals, by dragging her into a sugarcane field. The applicant is even stated to have taken certain indecent photographs and videos of her and had threatened her to make them viral on social media. 5.
