This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ashu @ Aash Mohammad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 842 of 2024, under Section 3/5/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, P.S.- Bhoipura, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that the S.I. Sri Sandesh Kumar, Bhoipura along with other constable while in search of the criminals in the area then believing the information of informer, they reached at Gram Mahaua Gangapur road near India brick kiln, some organs of cow family were kept by the unknown persons. 4.
