The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ravishankar Pathak, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2024, under Sections- 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, and sections 319(2),318(4), 338,336(3) B.N.S. of 2023 Police Station- Bhanwarkol, District- Ghazipur, pendency of trial. There is allegation of recovery of 640 Kg. Ganja from the joint possession of applicant and co- accused.No sample was taken. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 640 Kg.
