Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 272 of 2024, U/S 75, 352, 351(3), 65(2), 127(2) B.N.S., 2023 and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Patiyali, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have taken the grand niece of the informant to his house by enticing her away and had committed aggravated sexual assault with her on 6.8.2024 between 1.00 am to 4.25 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said
