The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sachin Gurjar, with a prayer to release him on bail in S.S.T. No. 104 of 2017, Case Crime No. 28 of of 2017, under Section- 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Adampur, District- Amroha, pendency of trial. Apart from three cases shown in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of four cases wherein he is in jail. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. The applicant is languishing in jail since 08.07.2024.
