Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 304 of 2024, U/S 147, 323, 376, 493 IPC, Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The victim is stated to be the sister-in-law (sali) of the applicant and had started living with the applicant since 2015. Out of the said corporeal relationship, two issues are stated to have taken birth. The applicant is stated to have assaulted her and caused fractures to her limbs on 19.5.2024 at about 2.00 pm.
