Prevention of Cow slaughter Act, section 307 I.P.C. and section 4/25 Arms Act , Police Station- Milak, District- Rampur , during pendency of trial. Applicant has been implicated for committing offence under 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow slaughter Act.He has been found in the vehicle carrying beef. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
