Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.85 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Ayana, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she had gone with the applicant all the way to Etawah and thereby by train to Surat and has not raised any alarm during the said sojourn.
