The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.387 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 342, 302, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Shamli, District Shamli, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, as per allegation applicant alongwith others committed the murder of the son of the informant as deceased loved his daughter and earlier he enticed her away but entire allegation levelled against him is totally false. 4. He further submits that he is pressing the instant bail application mainly on the ground that applicant is suffering with liver cirrhos
