As informed by learned A.G.A., notice to the informant has been served on 07.10.2024 but none is present on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 190 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 368, 372, 373, 376, 120B IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Muhammadabad Gohna, District Mau, during the pendency of trial. 6. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Soni, has already been enlarged on bail by same Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39182 of 2024
