Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that earlier the applicant was enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 02.03.2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 43236 of 2022. Subsequently, the informant approached the Apex Court and the Apex Court has set aside the order of this court by the order dated 03.05.2024. It has further been submitted that while setting aside the earlier order of this court, the Apex Court has not granted any liberty to this court to consider the fresh bail application of the applicant. Another S.L.P. (Criminal) No. 2494 of 2025 was filed before the Apex Court wherein the liberty has been granted to the applicant to file fresh application for grant of bail. I
