Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 118 of 2024, under Sections 504, 506, 354(B), 376D I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has been examined during trial as PW-2 during trial and she has nominated the co-accused person Dara Verma only, as such, there is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant in the present case. The instant case is just a misuse of the process of law against the applicant. The applicant was wrongly nominated in the FIR, as even the informant, who has been examined as P.W. 1 has not nominated him.
