Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 and 3(2)(5) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Bilsanda, District Pilibhit, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
