The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anand Yadav @ Nanhe Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 487 of 2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 337, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) B.N.S. Section 66C, 66D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station Kotwali, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against seven named and unknown accused including the applicant regarding fabrication of birth and death certificates. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it is a case of false implication. No incriminating recovery has been made from the applicant.
