Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.83 of 2024, under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 126(2), 70(1), 304(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Churkhi, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have intercepted the the victim when she was going to attend her hospital on scooty and are stated to have taken her to jungle and had committed gang-rape with her. Subsequent to the said gang-rape, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have put chilly in her private part on 28.11.2024 at about 10:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel
