The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mahodar Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 113 of 2024, under Sections 354, 323, 506 IPC and Section 9M/10 POCSO Act, Police Station Bah, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging the modesty of a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is teacher of the victim. He has been falsely implicated in this case because he scolded the victim. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 16.7.2024.
