Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Amar Jeet Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R.P. Patel, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.586 of 2024, under Sections 333, 64, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about 3 months 10 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that the allegation as per F.I.R. is falsified from the fact that there is no recovery of any indecent photographs from the husband of the victim. H
