Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Mithlesh Devi. He further submits, co- accused Mithlesh Devi has been released on bail by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Criminal Misc.
