By means of the present bail application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Biharigarh, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the alleged recovery of Contraband (Charas) from the applicant is of 800 gms. while the commercial quantity is 1 kg. He further contends that there are four other criminal cases registered against the applicant apart from the present case in some of them he is on bail.
