This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ashu @ Aash Mohammad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 172 of 2022, under Section 307 of IPC and Section 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Sirauli, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial in the Court below. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 26.04.2022 at about 11:05 hours, on the basis of special informer given to the concern police station and relived this information the SHO of police station, Sirauli along with other constable while in search of the criminals then reached at spot on gram Vishanpuri to Milak, the mango garden of Pradeep, thereafter police person has raided over upon accused person and saw the police person the
