Learned counsel for the informant is not present. 2. Heard Sri Sanjai Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.180 of 2024, under Sections 376 A, B, 504 I.P.C., 5/6 POCSO Act and Sections 3(2) (5), 3(2)(Va) & 3(1)(Dha) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Uska Bazar, District- Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Even the application U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved on 19.9.2024 which itself stands delayed by about four months, as such, it is a clear cut case of false implication. There
