Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 160 of 2024, U/S 376(3), 452 IPC and 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Bhoganipur, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view
