Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 203 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1), 64(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Section 3(2)5 of the SC/ST Act, Police Station Elau, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
