Heard Sri Ajay Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Varun Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.491 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 62, 74, 76 B.N.S. and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station- Vijay Nagar, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim, daughter of the informant, on 3.7.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. in an inebriated state. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The statements of the victim recorded U/s 180 & 180 B.N.S.S. are contradictory to the FIR as the time of offence mentioned in th
