Heard Sri Rajrshi Gupta and Rizwan Ahamad, learned counsels for the applicants, Sri Gyanendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Santosh Nigam, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 302, 307, 504, 506, 395, 397, 412, 34 IPC, Police Station- Doghat, District- Baghpat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned co
