Heard Sri Gaurav Pundir, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Afzal Hussain, Advocate holding brief of Sri A.Z. Khan, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.445 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 61(2), 64(1) B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Rampur Maniharan, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the sister of the informant aged about 16 years on 13.11.2024 at about 03:00 a.m.. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
