Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 271 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Anoopshahr, District - Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The FIR was instituted against the applicant and two other co-accused persons of having enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 12 years on 22.07.2024 at about 09:00 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has noth
