Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 513 of 2024, U/S 64(1), 332(b), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Ghatampur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim alongwith other persons about one year before the date of incident and on the date of incident, he is stated to have assaulted her and attempted to commit rape with her again on 30.9.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said d
