The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.362 of 2024, under Sections 65(2), 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and 5m/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sahaswan, District Budaun with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 28.07.2024 at about 12:00 p.m. 6.
