Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.106 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 D(A) I.P.C. and 5g/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Ramla, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name does not find mention in the statement of the victim recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C. also. The name of the applicant has come up subsequently in the statement of two witnesses, namely, Gayur and Intezar, who are stated to have seen three persons in all includin
