Act, Police Station Shivrajpur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have taken the victim by force behind the bushes and had committed rape with her on 30.6.2024 at about 12.00 noon. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5.
