The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Banti @ Harpal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 471 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/27 (a) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Jait, District- Mathura. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 54 Kg. 98 gm. of Gana is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons.
