Heard Sri Mohd Raghib Ali, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Namrata Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 as well as Sri J.K. Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0049 of 2024, U/S 452, 376, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Kadaura, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the victim and committed rape with her on 23.4.2024 at about 2.30 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated
