Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is a clear-cut case of false implication as the victim has not nominated the applicant in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. The victim is major aged about 19 years.
